Schultz, Kenneth

Ken Schultz passed away November 25, 2018 in his hometown of Brunswick, Ohio.  Ken was born February 14, 1943 to Edward and Anita (nee Wagner) Schultz.  While Ken spent his childhood and most of his adult life on family farms, both located on Laurel Road, at the time of his death Ken was a resident at Pearlview Nursing Home.

Ken was a loyal member of Local 505 Painters & Allied Trades District Council 6, from which he retired in 2005.

Ken is survived by his wife, Florine Schultz; brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Ann Shultz, nieces, Victoria and Yvonne; nephew, Michael; children, Stephanie Morton, Sherri Morton McNight (deceased), Shelli Morton and Vince Morton; grandchildren, Ryan (Tug) Gulliford, Katherine (Katie) Gulliford, Samantha Crosby Darnell and Erinn Crosby Dirth and Lillian Morton; and great grandchildren, Eleanor and Marilyn Gulliford and Birch Dirth.  Ken is predeceased by his father and mother; his brother, Edward (Skip) Schultz; and nephew Robbie Schultz.

As Ken wishes, private family services will be held Friday.  The family requests that rather than flowers, please donate to Brunswick Hills Fire Department or the city.  Internment at Brooklyn Heights Cemetery in Cleveland, Ohio, through arrangements with Bollinger Funeral Goods & Services of Brunswick, Ohio.

The family wishes to thank the staff at Pearlview Nursing Home for the professional, compassionate care shown to Ken, his family and friends.  Also, the family would like to thank Serenity Hospice of Stowe, Ohio, for their service to Ken and his family.

  1. I grew up with you Kenny and I will never forget all the fun we had with Skip and Bobby. Now your with Skip and Aunt Ann and Uncle Ed go and enjoy your time with being whole again. This little cousin will never forget any of the Schultz family.
