Sandra VanRensselaer

Sandra (Earle) VanRensselaer, aged 81, of Brunswick, Ohio, passed away on January 21, 2025. She was a devoted mother to Heather (Trevor) Collis and Heidi Dashnaw, and a loving grandmother to Joshua Dashnaw and Zachary Hill. She had many nieces and nephews that she was very proud of. Sandra was born on September 11, 1943, in Gowanda, New York, to Bertha (Palmer) Earle and Ralph Earle. She had a successful career as a registered nurse, earning recognition as a nurse of distinction during her 25-year tenure with New York State.

Sandra cherished time chatting and spending time with her family and friends. She found great joy helping people and animals in any way she could. Sandra was predeceased by her parents and her four siblings, Joyce Dawley, Peggy Bierfeldt, Rosemary Howe, and Roy Earle.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Sandra’s name to Kitten Krazy (click here to donate on line) or Whispering Acres Farm Animal Sanctuary (Click here for more info), both located in Medina, Ohio. Family and friends will be invited to a celebration of Sandra's life at a later date.
