Joyce Minich

On Sunday, September 8, 2024, God called Joyce Minich to Heaven.

Joyce was born in East Cleveland on Nov. 29, 1952 to Bernard & Betrice Bahle. Joyce had several jobs in her lifetime. She worked at United Telephone and retired from the Brunswick City School system as a dietician, just to name a few. She enjoyed many hobbies: quilting, sewing, embroidery, needlepoint, ceramics, and more. Her biggest enjoyment was making things for other people. She loved to put smiles on everyone’s faces.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, Bernard Bahle and Betrice (Schreiber) Bahle. She will be deeply missed by her husband of 48 years, Gary Minich; her four brothers, Bernard (Carol) Bahle, Roger (Jackie – deceased) Bahle, Rabbi Theadore (Bonnie) Bahle, and Roy (Rosanne) Bahle; sisters-in-law, Linda Sands and Judy Formica; and many nieces and nephews and tons of friends.

A memorial service for Joyce will be held at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 3355 Medina Road, Medina, on Saturday, October 5 at 11:00 am.  There will be a luncheon immediately following the service.
