Clarence R. “Bob” Hoffer passed away December 3, 2021. Bob was very active in his church, Bethel Christian, serving as president of the golf league, usher, Sunday school teacher, bus driver, and organizer of the softball league, which was comprised of teams from many local churches.
Bob is survived by his loving wife of 59 ½ years, Marianne; daughters, Cynthia Conner (Chris), Valerie Thompson (Donn); grandchildren, Shauna Novak (Steve), Rev. Daniel Conner (Sara); great grandchildren, Sophia, Emelie, and James Conner.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, John and Amanda Hoffer, and his siblings, George, Harriett, Alyce and Paul.
The family will receive friends at Bethel Christian Church, 12901 Pleasant Valley, Parma, on Saturday, December 11 from 10:00 – 11:00, with funeral services immediately following. Burial will be at Eastlawn Cemetery, Brunswick.
