Adele Rose (Cichy) Hiltz age 90, born November 10, 1931, passed away peacefully in her home on July 4, 2022.
Adele is preceded in death by her husband Murray L. Hiltz (June 8, 1931 – October 25, 2016). The two grew up, met at a dance, and married in Massachusetts before moving and eventually settling in Ohio. They raised six children, in all of whom they were well-pleased: Debra Durrell, Donna Picione, Murray Jr., Diane VanNostran, Mark, and Malcolm Hiltz. They had 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Adele and Murray lived generously, sharing with their church and neighbors, as well as treating their large family to many gatherings and vacations.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday, July 13 at 10:15 am at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Road, Seville. Following the service, family and friends are invited to gather for a reception at Adele’s home from 1-4 pm.
