Wanda Carter went home to Jesus after a courageous battle with cancer on April 25, 2022 at the age of 71. Born on January 11, 1951 to her late parents, Othella and Eugene Tinney, she worked hard and cared for everyone around her throughout her life. She was a devoted daughter, sister, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed gardening and being outdoors in the sunshine.
She will be greatly missed by her children, Terry (Piper) Morgan, Carissa (Henry) Oswick, along with her brothers, Michael (Theresa) Tinney and Jerry (Tammy) Tinney.
She was a proud and loving grandmother to Tyler, Hailey, Kaylee, Julia and Preston.
A graveside service will be scheduled in the future for a warm and sunny day as she would have enjoyed, for family and friends to attend.
