Jeffrey Wayne Oberg, age 60, of Cleveland, OH died September 19, 2019. Devoted husband of Denise A. Provenzale. Loving father and best friend of Nicholas and the late Arielle. Cherished son of Jacqueline (nee Vargo) and the late John Oberg. Brother of Janna.
Jeff was a proud, life-long resident of the Old Brooklyn neighborhood of Cleveland, OH, supporting local businesses and the community. He spent his career working in the Cleveland long-term care industry. Jeff had a life long commitment to, and was a current Dad Advisor of, the Denbrook Chapter of DeMolay, shaping the lives of generations of boys throughout greater Cleveland. He was also a 32nd degree Mason at John W. Barkley Lodge, #621. Jeff enjoyed the simpler things in life: summer days gardening at the Benjamin Franklin community garden, mornings reading the Plain Dealer on the living room floor with his buddy, Freeway, since his early days delivering it, and preparing amazing meals for his family and friends (usually on the grill/smoker).
